Dubbed the “S-Class among SUVs,” this Mercedes-Benz GLS is basically the GL model with a minor facelift. While most exterior elements stay the same, the 7-seater now boasts a bigger tri-star logo than its predecessor and revised double slats making the grille even more menacing. New LED headlights, alloy designs and body colour options are also included in this latest design.
The interior, meanwhile, includes free-standing 8-inch screen, which replaces the integrated infotainment system, a three-spoke steering wheel wrapped in Nappa leather and an optional air ionization system that helps improve the air quality inside of the cabin.
Under the hood sits a V8 bi-turbo that delivers 20 bhp more than its predecessor.
Expect the first deliveries of the 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLS to arrive in the U.S. in March 2016.
